Please join communication students, staff and faculty for a presentation by Michigan State University communication professor Charles Atkin.  His topic will be "Promising Strategies for Media Health Campaigns: Preventing Risky Drinking."  Dr. Atkin will discuss his research on mass communication campaigns intended to promote safe behavior and prevent risky practices.  His studies have focused on safe driving, prevention of high risk drinking, and gun safety.  Lunch will be served.
