Celebrating the Career of Norman Corwin

The USC Annenberg School and the Museum of Television and Radio present an evening celebrating the remarkable career of journalism professor and radio pioneer Norman Corwin. May 8 marks the 60th anniversary of the original broadcast of Corwin's landmark radio drama, On a Note of Triumph. Corwin, who turns 95 on May 3, will participate in a stimulating evening of conversation, a video montage, and readings of his work by leading actors. Patt Morrison, Los Angeles Times columnist and public radio host, will emcee the event. Special guests include actors William Shatner, Ed Asner and Phil Proctor as well as producer Norman Lear.
