Award-winning photojournalism from around the world will be on display in the USC Annenberg East Lobby throughout the month. Special events include presentations by Carolyn Cole, winner of the 2004 Pulitzer Prize; Mary Ellen Mark, contributing photographer to The New Yorker; Barbie Zelizer, Raymond Williams Chair of Communication at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and Jean Marc Bouju, Associated Press photographer and winner of the World Press Photo of the Year for 2004. Special World Press Photo Events include:
- Sunday, Jan. 9: Opening Reception. 3:00 pm. USC Annenberg East Lobby.
- Thursday, Jan. 13: -- Image of Crisis, Crisis of Image. Panel discussion featuring Barbie Zelizer and Jean Marc Bouju. 7:00 pm. USC Annenberg Auditorium.
- Thursday, Jan. 27: -- A Conversation with Mary Ellen Mark, presented by Canon. 7:00 pm. USC Annenberg Auditorium.
