Geoffrey Cowan, members of the
USC Center on Public Diplomacy working group, students and special guests for an informal discussion about public diplomacy, the role of cultural products in perceptions abroad and more. Special guests include
Gary Knell, President and CEO of Sesame Street Workshop (

aboutus/inside_president.php). Under Knell’s leadership Sesame Street co-productions have launched in Russia, China, South Africa, and the Middle East. Versions of the Sesame Street Workshop currently broadcast in 120 different countries around the world. The Center on Public Diplomacy is a joint initiative of the Annenberg School and the School of International Relations. Lunch will be served on a first come first serve basis.
