The Center for Communication Law and Policy is a joint partnership between the USC Annenberg School for Communication and the USC Gould School of Law. With the current explosion of communication technologies and practices, entrepreneurs, legal scholars, other academics and policy makers all require an understanding of the social implications and legal ramifications of this constant change. The goal of the Center is provide research that will both help assess the impact of particular rules and policies, as well as to suggest policy reform.
