Nominee Information
Include the reporter's name, professional or home mailing address, present occupation, organization and resume. The reporter's work must have been published during calendar year 2007.

Description of Reporting
Document the nominee's work with explanation of how the story was identified, under what circumstances it was developed and what obstacles the reporter had to overcome. Detail the results generated by the investigative reporting.

Clipbook
Include all scrapbook clips of the published coverage, including letters, memos and other documents that substantiate the printed evolution of the story.
